A Step-By-Step Guide to Baby Registry
Baby Step 1: Create your Registry
- Create your registry at babiesrusad.com. First, sign into your Babies“R”Us account. If you haven’t yet created an account, click on the Profile icon on the top right, and then click on the link, “SIGN up here”.
- Next, from the Baby Registry dropdown menu on the top left of the page, choose “Create Registry”. Fill out all the relevant information regarding your Registry, including the Title (for example, “Maria’s Baby Registry”), the Event Date (we recommend your Baby Shower date, but you can also put your baby’s due date), a personalized message to your friends and family, and your personal information (contact information, shipping information, etc.).
- Once you have filled out all the information, click on “Create My Registry” at the bottom of the page.
- Guests who create their Registry are eligible for a Gift Bag (in store only), provided they have added at least 25 items to their Registry.
- Did you know that you can create more than one Registry? For example, you can create one Registry for family members and friends, and another for co-workers!
Baby Step 2: Add Items to your Registry
- Sign into your account, and then under the Baby Registry dropdown menu on the top left of the page, choose “Manage Registry”.
- Click on your Registry, which will take you to your Registry Home Page.
- Click on the link “Click here to begin browsing to add products to this registry.” Now, all you need to do is add items that you want! Select an item to view it, and then click “Add to Registry”.
- Most guests average at least $2,000 in their registry. For tips on what you should add, please refer to our checklist here: https://www.babiesrusad.com/pages/first-time-mom-checklist
- All guests who add at least $2,000 in items to their registry will be automatically entered to win our quarterly raffle of a $500 gift card to Babies"R"Us American Dream!

Baby Step 3: Share Your Registry
- Share your Registry with your friends and family via email, text or on social media. On your Registry Home Page, you will see buttons labeled Edit, Share, Profile, and Orders.
- Click on the Share button, and you will see your personal link that you can copy and paste and then share with others as you like. Or you can click on one of the quick links below to share directly via email, Facebook, X (Twitter) or LinkedIn.
- The more you share your Registry, the more chance you will get the items you want and need!
Baby Step 4: Manage Your Registry
- Even after you have shared your registry with others, you can continue to add items! On your Registry Home Page, you will see all the items that have been added to your Registry. From this page, you can delete items that you no longer want/need or add additional items to your Registry by clicking the link at the bottom of the page.
- Whether you chose your Baby Shower or your due date as your Event Date, this date may change! You can update the event at any time from your Registry Home Page by clicking on Profile and then changing the Event Date.
- You can also view and change other details about your Registry, such as the Message, and Shipping Information.
- By clicking on Orders from the Registry Home Page, you can also view what has been ordered or purchased already from your Registry.
Baby Step 5: Complete Your Registry
- After your event date has passed, you can enjoy 15% off anything on your Registry that hasn’t yet been purchased for up to 60 days after your event date.
- Purchases may be made either in-store or online.
